Join us for the Negrete Firefighter Foundation’s 5th Annual Fundraising Event in loving memory of Jose Negrete, a fallen firefighter & paramedic whose legacy continues to inspire our community.
This year, we’re coming together to celebrate his life while raising funds for scholarships to the Killeen Fire Academy, helping future firefighters follow in his footsteps.

Come join us in the celebration of Jose Negrete. Our annual fundraising event is to continue Jose’s legacy. We will be raising funds to send cadets to the fire academy in Killeen, TX. We will have multiple activities for families to enjoy while biding on our silent auction.
Rabbit Fest
Come out and enjoy Rabbit Fest. Stop by our booth for some information on our scholarships, cadets, and have a chance to win Kalahari Resort Water Park Passes, and some other amazing prizes!!
5th Annual Karaoke, Car, & Bike, Beard and Stache Charity Competition
We will be out supporting the 5th Annual Event consists of three days of charity raising events: Friday Karaoke for a Cause at The Cove Theater (111 W Ave D) from 5pm-10pm, and the main event happening Saturday The All Makes and Models Car & Bike Show with Beard & Stache Charity Competition at Cove Terrace Shopping Center (256 Cove Terrace) with registration starting at 11am and event kick-off at 1pm. Then ending on Sunday April 13th with a Donation Waffle Bar (including a variety of batters and toppings) at Copperas Cove Creative Space located at 115 E Ave E starting at 10am

Join us for a Dine to Donate fundraiser at Bubba's 33 in Killeen, TX. 100% of the profits from the day will be presented to the Negrete Firefighter Foundation. The money raised will be put into scholarships for cadets seeking careers in fire academy and EMT program in Killeen, TX. Our goal is to surpass last year's impact and create a brighter future for those who wish to serve their communities. Please come out and support!!

44th Annual Rabbit Fest
Join the Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce as it presents the annual Rabbit Fest at Copperas Cove City Park. Each year over 42,000 people attend this festival which offers food and craft vendors, carnival rides, live entertainment, and much more. And don’t forget the Rabbit Fest parade on Saturday morning at 10:00 am. Treat the entire family to a weekend of food, fun, and entertainment.

Negrete Firefighter Annual Fundraising Event
The Negrete Firefighter Annual Fundraising event will be at Campy Caylor this year. We will have many fun things to do with your family. We will have a mariachi band, bounce houses, food truck vendors, a motorcycle show, Fire Trucks, Baila Pacifica, CTBA, La Belleza Anahuac Folklorico, face painting, and of course beer, and wine. All proceeds will go into scholarships for future firefighters.

The Negrete Firefighter Foundation will be out at Rabbit Fest. We will be handing out information about our organization, the scholarship process, information on our annual fundraising event, and we will have a special item for the the end of the Rabbit Fest.
